This student visited the principal's office every mid-morning hungry for food. At first, it was not considered extraordinary behavior, as it is typical for children. However, after the first week of this clockwork behavior, the principal inquired about the student's extreme hunger. The student explained that the student was recently prescribed medication that made her 'feel this way.? The student's family was homeless, and thus was not in the financial position to provide extra food. With access to additional funds from InvestED, the student was able to take extra food with medication (as directed).
