Board
Board Member
InvestED is currently undergoing an exciting renewal process and our Nominating Committee is eager to find additional talent to join our Board. The organization currently has 15 Board members, with authority for a total of up to 30 Board positions. We have recently adopted a new strategic plan with a focus on expanding our work in schools, fundraising, and marketing. We are seeking Board members with a passion for education and social justice.
We are very interested in candidates with fundraising experience, human resources or a legal background, especially those in estate law. Our finance and investment committee also has a vacancy.
The entire board meets 5 or 6 times each year, and each Board member is asked to serve on at least one committee, but no more than two. Interested candidates, please send a brief cover letter and bio/resume to Julie Davis at jdavis@InvestED.org
